Backups#

Load a backup#

Loading a backup will restore the app to state it was inn when the backup was created. It may be useful if something is accidentally deleted. Usually a backup is made after calibration containing the calibration data of the machine.

Overwriting

Before loading a backup be aware that the state of the app is overridden and any changes made since the backup was made will be lost. If you want to be able to go back to the current state, consider making a backup before loading.

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Open the support screen
  3. Press "Load backup"
  4. Navigate to the backup file and select it
  5. The app will close by itself
  6. Open the app again and it will load the backed up state

Save a backup#

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Open the support screen
  3. Press save backup
  4. Select a folder where to save the backup file
  5. The backup will be generated and placed in the selected folder
